Lautaro is one of the best UX/UI designers I have ever worked with. He is detailed, innovative, experienced, and diligent about his craft. He is constantly pushing the team to be better and engage in next-generation user experience and design thinking concepts. He delivers high-quality projects on time every time, and does so with a positive attitude and work ethic. I hope to have the opportunity to work with Lautaro again. I would hire him for any assignment - large or small - and for an team environment - start-up or established. Lautaro's UX sensibility makes the projects he works on stand out, and his team-orientation makes him a pleasure to work with every day. I would recommend Lautaro without hesitation, and know that he will be both a work asset and a team asset to any company that he joins.

“

I had the privilege of working with Lautaro for the better part of a year. On some projects, we functioned more like collaborators. On other projects, he was reporting directly to me. No matter what the setup was, Lautaro was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly, kind, and professional on calls-- he was always punctual and dependable and could be relied on to meet his deadlines-- but most importantly, he took his craft seriously, and he was VERY good at his job. Lautaro was instrumental in pushing our company out of the startup design-as-you-go chaos, and into an actual structured UX/UI environment that was both visually stunning and scalable. He helped grow our brand with care and precision every step of the way, and his incredible attention to detail and to the user's journey was highlighted in everything he did. I would be thrilled if I was able to work with Lautaro again at some point in the future-- he would be a true asset for any product design team.

I had the privilege of working with Lautaro for nearly three years at Goalsetter, where I was his direct manager. He is an outstanding professional—detail-oriented, highly organized, and always eager to improve and stay on top of design trends. Lautaro is a true design system expert: he can build them from the ground up, analyze them, and adapt them to evolving needs. His knowledge of development significantly enhances collaboration with engineering teams and ensures smooth implementation. He is also a great communicator and a respectful, team-oriented colleague. Methodical and process-driven, he always puts the user first. An exceptional teammate and a pleasure to work with.
